My name is David Darmanger, and I recently completed my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Communication Systems, specializing in Data Science, from the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland. Following my Bachelor's studies, I decided to pursue a master's degree at University of Bern, with a major in Data Science and Computer Vision.

Professionally, I began as a Junior Developer at the IT department of the state of Neuchâtel, where I honed my web development skills, including database integration and Agile methodologies. 

My projects showcase a diverse skill set: I developed a license plate detection application emphasizing classical image processing over Machine Learning, a deep learning model for anomaly detection in machining based on acoustic analysis, and an NLP solution for clustering financial articles.

My technical proficiency spans Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Programming. In AI, I'm skilled in neural networks, reinforcement learning, and transformers. In data engineering, I'm experienced in data acquisition, visualization, cloud computing, and distributed programming. My programming skills cover a wide range of languages and frameworks, including Python, Java, C++, and web development technologies.

Fluently speaking French, with elementary German and English at level B2, my linguistic abilities complement my technical skills, enabling effective communication in diverse environments.
